She is Director and former Chief Commercial Officer at Aqueous Digital, an award-winning digital marketing agency specialising in SEO, online visibility, and reputation management. At Aqueous Digital, Emma has led commercial strategy, driven significant revenue growth, and built high-performing teams that deliver measurable results for clients across multiple sectors.

Emma's earlier career includes senior sales management and training roles with Yell and Bank of Scotland, where she was promoted multiple times and consistently developed top-performing sales teams. This background gives her a unique ability to bridge traditional sales disciplines with modern digital marketing, ensuring strategies are both commercially focused and execution-driven.

In addition to her commercial leadership, Emma is a Board Advisor and currently serves as a Town Councillor, bringing robust operational, governance, and strategic oversight experience to both public and private sector roles.
